Welty Building Company has industry-leading experience in both the Construction Management Agency (CMa) and Construction Management at Risk (CMR) approaches to construction management.
Under the CMa approach, Welty serves as an advisor to owners who are ultimately responsible for construction; while under CMR, Welty owns overall responsibility for construction. Under either approach, our focus is to begin our work as early in the project as possible in order to improve efficiency and better drive value for the owner. A common approach for CMR is to provide our clients with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Welty has performed hundreds of projects as a Construction Manager under these approaches.
